The dumbbell, push up, skipping and jogging is getting my off that lazy lane, had to invite some of my friends at work to join me in today's exercise and I found out that many of them don't have time to stretch their body at like ones in a while, wonder why people see exercises as meaningless thing.... We always talk about making money from the beginning of the year till the last month without thinking of the causes of some health related issues, hmm...good thing I'm on track.

Today I completed my daily push-ups before the morning and evening. I completed 100 push-ups in 10 sets like every other day and also did waist exercises, leg exercises and Kegel exercises.
