Re: When can someone say they have won the casino?
in Gambling discussion
No doubt many wrong decision in gambler is as result feeling on can beat a casino after wining the first time, I was once a victim where I lost multiples of what I win as result of high expectations of wining more than what I have won before and constantly trying to beat they casino, the best a player can do. Is to take a break after winning or else the casino will drained your pocket if you don't have control.
Gamblers often make wrong decisions emotionally, so that later they have to suffer the consequences of that wrong decision. I have seen many gamblers who perform well one day, then they keep gambling all day, so that their pockets become empty at some point. So the gambler has to have an estimate of his own ability, so that he doesn't get overconfident and influence himself in the wrong way. So I think when a gambler can control himself, he won't take aggressive steps to beat the casino.

Re: Am I a bad father for letting my daughter gamble?
in Gambling discussion
Parents nowadays have to be very careful about what their children are doing so that they do not get involved in any addiction. A gambler must be in a state of self-control so that he can keep himself safe from making the wrong decision at any time.
I agree and we should ask them if they're still fine and what they are busy for. Because if we just kept our mouths shut and we're not doing anything to know what they are up, we will never know if they're already addicted to gambling or it will show somehow with their actions and activities that they're already one. But I hope that all parents here won't see their children getting addicted to gambling.
Those of us who are involved in gambling and who know how it works and how to attract more gamblers, have an idea. So those of us in this community at least have an idea of how to keep our children away from gambling. Gambling has a lot of negativities even though there might be some positive sides of it this doesn't change the fact that it's safe for someone of that phase in life to gamble. This lifestyle attracts debts, depression and a whole lot of negative things that would be terrible, no Father should introduce his kid to such lifestyle. Even if there's a chance that they might learn it from peers in the future be there to correct them
Gambling is such a thing that advertisements are seen everywhere these days, even if you don't want it, your child will definitely learn about gambling without you knowing. There are negative aspects of gambling and we see them around us by seeing the bad situations of many gamblers.

Re: gambling in strict countries
in Gambling discussion
Restrictions can`t stop 100% of anything. Always someone will break it. It is true for gambling too.
But as i said in that thread, restrictions will stop lots of gamblers. Someone don`t know how to use VPN, someone is afraid to break the law, etc. As the result someone will continue the game, but someone will change the way how they spend their free time.
Gambling is prohibited in my country and gambling is a punishable offense. But gambling in my country has not decreased at all, but is increasing day by day. Gamblers are gambling online and offline everywhere and this shows that banning it cannot stop anything. There is a common belief that people are more interested in prohibited things.

So many governments think that they can control access to a website by banning it, but in reality, in this day and age, no one can be stopped by doing these things. People get access to them in different ways.

Re: Is BTC to 150K still happening this year?
in Speculation
Few days back i noticed Bitcoin price was at $123k so close on reaching $150k so we just need to exercise sone patience and study the markets to know what's before us. If you ask me I'll say the force behind the bullish trends is certainly  the change in price and hence before the year comes to an end we would definitely see more  of this and probably Bitcoin might go higher than this.

The market moves at its own pace and of course, it tests the patience of traders. As Bitcoin rose last week and created a new ATH at $123k, and after reaching this top price, many old investors took profits by selling large amounts of Bitcoin, so the market relaxed a bit and is preparing for the next uptrend. We are actually in a situation now where we may see another new trend in Bitcoin in the next few days, and it could be in any direction.

Re: Pump.fun fake airdrop
in Scam Accusations
Currently X (Twitter) has become a haven for scammers. And currently Pump fun's token sale has ended, so this pump fun is trending everywhere. Scammers always try to scam by creating fake websites using trending topics, this is their old habit. X (Twitter) is really full of scammers these days, I have seen different types of scams being spread there and it is really dangerous for new crypto users. Thank you for exposing this fake airdrop website, it will make many people be careful to stay safe from scammers.

Did you get any kind of response from Changenow?

Yes, they responded, but they haven't said anything about resolving the issue right away. They are still saying that their team is reviewing the user's account and they will notify the user when their review is complete. However, they said they would complete the review as soon as possible.

I have asked them to resolve this issue more quickly and have also informed them that their reputation is being damaged due to this scam accusation. I will contact them again very soon if they cannot resolve this issue and refund the OP's funds.

Thats their automated words would complete the review as soon as possible.

Seen it many times, I hope it resolve
Yes, they have made such promises to many of their customers before and have not given them any solution. There are many tags on their representative account in this forum for such activities. An exchange cannot treat their customers this way, if they are constantly waiting to trap crypto users, that is really not good news for the crypto community. Their activities are increasing day by day, which is becoming a dangerous environment for ordinary crypto users. I will contact them again regarding the OP's issue, after the OP comes online and see if he has received any new updates.

Re: When you're winning you can't sleep
in Gambling discussion
Well, I don't know about this in gambling but in sport betting, I can agree that some people are so caught up with their bets that if they bet on a parlay, let's say it's a combination of 10 games which is supposed to run for 5 days or more, as the game continues to play out in their favour, some person will not find it easy to sleep because all their mind will be tied to that game and they will even be day dreaming about winning all the game and having a big cash out. In casino games, you don't have any outstanding outcomes, your results are instant, so why can't the gambler sleep?
I've seen many gamblers when they make a bet. They get so caught up in it, and think so much about that bet, that they can't focus on anything else until the result of that bet comes out. And this is actually true for most gamblers who bet on sports. I had a cousin who was a sports bettor who was so addicted to sports betting that he would bet on different sports every day and sleep little. And because of this lack of sleep, he became mentally ill, and later had to be treated. So gambling also affects a gambler's sleep if he is addicted to gambling.

Re: Does trading mean a better life?
in Trading Discussion
I agree with you, whether we admit it or not the essence of going into trading is to create a source of income...not everyone can be disciplined enough to benefit from trading, this is why there are lots of traders out there but only a few are making profit from it.. Trading doesn't guarantee a better life instantly but with time when you put in a lot of hard work you are going to earn and get the results of it

Not everyone admits that those who come to trade come with the intention of making money, but it is actually true. But most of those who enter trading with the intention of earning money do not have any knowledge about trading, so they end up losing more money instead of making profits in trading. Basically, trading is as difficult as people think it is from the outside. And it takes time for a trader to understand this difficult reality.

Therefore, only those who invest time in trading to gain trading knowledge and develop good trading skills have the potential to make regular profits from trading. Although there is no such thing as a guaranteed profit in trading, experienced traders can still analyze the market and make a guess about the market's next move to create the possibility of profit.
