But Fabregas is truly talented! The fact that he's managed to lead Como for two years in a row shows he knows what he's doing. But i don't think he'll accept offers from other clubs right now; it would be counterproductive for him, given that he's been enjoying success and good performances at Como. So i really hope he continues to work hard for his current club and we'll see what surprises he can come up with.
Im not entirely convinced that Fabregas will leave Como at the end of the season because hes a minority shareholder in the club and therefore has every interest in the team doing well; this way, he can keep a closer eye on the young talents who, once sold, will generate capital gains and thus profit. Furthermore, he could gain experience as a manager in the Champions League with Como, without all the pressure that comes with a top team. Sooner or later he will move to a big club, but I dont think it will be soon.
