Re: Which one is responsible for gambling addiction: Livestreamers or Youtubers?
in Gambling discussion
You can say that youtubers, influencers and Livestreamers are responsible if they are promoting gambling sites because I am sure that someone will surely become addicted to gambling especially if they don't have self-control or a responsible gamblers. I don't know why you made a choice between YouTubers and Livestreamers because both can be responsible when they are promoting a casino. From the word promoting already means that you are introducing something to other people either a good one or not.
Responsible for what exactly? If what the OP is asking is whether theyre responsible for gambling addiction, then I have to disagree with you on that. If casinos were truly making people addicted, then they should all be in jail for promoting gambling. But theyre still operating because the majority of gamblers actually enjoy what theyre doing and handle it fine.

Only a small number are reckless, and their mistakes are what ruin the whole idea of gambling for everyone else.

You know whos responsible in that situation? The irresponsible gamblers themselves.

isn't it the same topic you created here? Tested: Goldex Casino Crypto & Interac Withdrawal Speed (Canada)

Why not just focus on that thread instead of creating a new one?
And youve been tagged for promoting a scam casino as seen on your profile. That alone makes it hard for gamblers to trust anything new youre promoting, even if this one isnt a scam.

Its better to have this kind of mindset and be independent the whole time. We are solely responsible of our own, our mistakes and failures will be held accountable of our own, not the government or the other significant people around.

Life is better if you are wise in managing it, but if you are weak and is often dependent, you will only achieved nothing but regrets.

Re: When emergency hits. Will you sell your bitcoin or borrow and keep holding?
in Bitcoin Discussion
In the event you lose your job, then taking a loan won't gain approval then. Just don't pressure yourself more, its okay to sell a fraction of your bitcoin, once you benefit from it, that's still considered profits. And what's the reason behind investing, but to earn money so that you'll never struggle when emergencies start to arise. However, its still best to have sufficient amount of saving and serve as your emergency funds, so that you can focus in growing the possible future profits from your investment as well.

We, who are reading the details of the scam accusations, cannot solve any issues. We can just give our input and based on the facts provided by the gamblers and the casinos, can only judge who seems to be right and who seems to be at false.

As a rule of thumb, generally if there are many complaints about any particular casino and a lot of scam accusations are opening up against any casino, then it's more likely that the casino is at fault. If there are very few complaints, then it's most probably the gambler's fault but still every case may vary and can't be judged based on this assumption.
It should always be based on the evidence, but in most cases the casino usually wins, especially if they have a solid reputation.

The evidence we see isnt always complete or could even be limited, because casinos wont reveal everything for confidentiality reasons. If they show too much to the public, it might also cause problems with their regulators.

And look at cases like 1xbit, even when the evidence isnt that strong, once enough people complain, everyone will assume theyre at fault.

Only newbies don't know about this basic things but when people start to consider about using VPN, they have been more experienced and knowledgeable already. They would know that casinos, exchanges can be very against VPN before using VPN by themselves or they will learn about this very soon.

It's user responsibility to know about common policies against VPN use and also spend time for reading ToS of any websites they join and use. With online gambling websites, they have ToS and also FAQs for guests and users to read about their terms or shorter version with most questioned and common questions in FAQs. If users ignore both ToS and FAQs, then they break ToS, they will not receive any sympathy from the company. It can be identified as cheating attempt which will be treated very harshly according to ToS.

No its not only about the newbies but sometimes even the most experienced gamblers used VPN unintentionally and they do not know the consequences of it.

For example, any gambler plays from his PC and some day he needed to install VPN for some other purposes (and not for the purpose of accessing the gambling casino). Now his PC auto connects with VPN as soon as he logs in and he without knowing get connected to the casino using the same VPN. Such cases do happen and when the casino restricts the site access, then the gamblers come to know that they were using VPN  Shocked

Why would a casino restrict access if the user is found using a VPN? If thats your conclusion, then it means using a VPN is already against the rules, even if the purpose is just privacy. But thats not what were talking about here. Were talking about using a VPN to bypass restrictions. For example, the Philippines is banned from accessing a certain casino, but the user connects through a Singapore IP with a VPN just to play. Thats the kind of bypass we mean.

And the casino will eventually know, especially once they ask for KYC. A player from the Philippines cant provide documents that match the Singapore IP they used to access the site. Thats where the problem shows up.

Thanks for explaining, now I fully get it. But x300k, wow, thats insanely high for a slot. Ive never seen anything like that with the usual popular providers like Pragmatic Play. Their max wins are usually around x1k to maybe x25k. This one giving x300k is crazy. Is that game provider popular now?
Yeah, No Limit City is a popular brand. I just noticed another thing after watching the replay of the free spins. It's not a clean 300,000x the bet win. If you keep your eyes on the player's balance on the bottom right, you will see that he has $39,800 in their account before the free spins begin. Once the bonus games start, the balance is decreased to $36,800. He bought the bonus games for $3000. That has to be taken into account when calculating the win on that spin.
So it wasnt really a $1 spin but a bonus buy, it just looked like $1 per spin. The bonus buy itself must be pretty expensive if thats how it breaks down. When I tried Pragmatic, the per-spin value from the bonus buy is usually around 1% of the buy price. If its the same here, then it should be around $3 per spin. But I get it, different providers have different setups. Some give smaller per-spin values from bonus buys but offer a much higher max win compared to Pragmatic.

For me it's the same meaning, hiding fraudulent can be interpreted in different angles, but it's obvious that they might pertain to gamblers trying to circumvent rules about countries that are not allowed to play with their casinos.

Yes, it might be hard for some gamblers not to be able to play in Shock, but if they are going to used VPN then they are pushing it and we all know that in the end it will not be good for this gamblers.

So better stay out and not used VPN.

The decision should really come from the gambler. If they knew from the start that they were using a VPN to bypass restrictions, then they should also know the risk, because what theyre doing is basically cheating. It just depends on how the casino reacts. In some cases theyll let it slide, especially if the player isnt winning much or is even losing money.

But for me, the real fear is this: what happens if the time comes I hit a jackpot? Will they still treat it the same way? I doubt it.

Was $300k really the max win on that game? Because in the replay, there were still 5 free spins left, but they didnt show them anymore. It just cut off, so Im not sure if those spins were still counted or if the game stops once you reach the cap.
The slot provider, No Limit City, shows that the maximum payout for Tombstone R.I.P is 300,000 times the bet. You can bet from $0.10 to $50 per spin or whatever limits the casino allows. So the maximum win isn't limited at $300,000. It's limited at 300,000x the bet. Since the winner played with a $1 spin, they already reached the maximum payout of 300,000x the bet at $300,000. Any additional wins wouldn't have been paid out, which is probably why the free spins bonus games stopped.

Re: Do you guys know the real chances every time you add a leg to your parlay?
in Gambling discussion
Same game parlay.
Im actually looking for a sportsbook that allows this, but so far I havent seen one that lets you parlay bets from the same game, like spread + total. It would be easier to win in my opinion if they allowed it, but maybe theres a reason why they dont offer that. Right now the max I can do in a parlay is just one bet per game, and if I want to add more legs, I need to pick another game to be part of the parlay.
