Perhaps they need to look at the Arsenal example. Even though Arteta was second in the league for years, Arsenal didn't sack him; instead, they supported him, and this year they won the Premier League title, although they lost the Champions League on penalties. So, they achieved a very productive season after 4-5 years. Perhaps Chelsea needs to be that patient with their Spanish manager.
What a coach needs is to be trusted by the management when they accept an offer to coach a team. Sometimes many managers don't give their players enough time. Sometimes after just two months of playing with the team they are immediately fired due to suboptimal results. Arsenal's treatment of Arteta is extraordinary. In previous seasons they had always failed to win the Premier League. However the management's faith in the Spanish coach has paid off this season especially as they reached the final their first appearance in a final 26 years ago.The extraordinary achievement made by Arteta with the London Cannon team especially this year becoming champions in the EPL competition which makes them even more motivated to navigate the next season because they want to maintain their status as the defending champion team in the next season but this season the competition will be stronger because many teams already have new coaches with the spirit of wanting to win every match so that this makes this season in the EPL competition even more interesting and fierce in the competition to win the championship next season.
