Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2025/2026
in Gambling discussion
Tottenham Hotspurs is still not being impressive and that is really not nice, it seems they've made up their mind to get relegated for this season, because they are no showing any good working, I even thought maybe with the change of managers things might work out to be well with them, but it quite obvious they are not improving in any aspects and it will definitely gonna land them in the relegation zone for next season, because at this point in time I don't really see Westham United losing any match unnecessarily, and that is a great danger for Tottenham Hotspurs, I just hope they escape it this season.

Incredible, what a night wow, I said it earlier that Manchester United was going to beat Chelsea in today's game and I was actually right, Manchester United actually did the expected it was amazing very impressive now it's remaining just seven points to seal their spot in the top four and I still believe it's very much possible, now it's left for Chelsea to decide their fate, if they are to qualify for next season UEFA Champions League, it is actually left with them to decide, because they have really been awful in their recent games, and that is not really helping them in any way.

Re: The harmful effects of gambling
in Gambling discussion
Gambling can quickly become a habit, so everyone should be aware of these harmful aspects. Continuing to play even after losing repeatedly. Trying to recoup losses. Gambling secretly. Gambling with borrowed money.
These are just the signs of harmful effects of gambling addiction and not gambling. Anyone that is noticing these in his life should know that he is already addicted to gambling. Some people are addicted just because they think they can make money from gambling but gambling become a problem for them.
You are right about the outlines as what is related to gambling addiction and not gambling itself, people are approaching gambling differently so we can't generalize that every one is being affected with those effects listed, gambling itself is not the problem but how people approach it, most of us had those effects but has learnt from experience and doing better now, no borrowing no matter the urge and nothing of chasing losses anymore, people should stop panting gambling bad when we are the cause of our problem, anyone gambling responsibly have nothing to worry about because you are living your life without allowing gambling to negatively influence it.

Manchester United is actually facing Chelsea with non of their starting eleven defense, it's really going to be one heck of a game to them at the Stanford Bridge, can Manchester United really scale through? But despite that I don't know why I keep having this strong feelings that Chelsea can't defeat Manchester United in today's clash, I'm still believing that worse come to worse the game might end in draw, Chelsea in their last three games has not scored a goal and Manchester United in the last two games has not got a win, so this match is definitely gonna be an interesting match to watch today, and I'm rooting for Manchester United to win.

Re: UEFA Champions League 2025/26 Season
in Gambling discussion
Arsenal is not doing an impressive jobs recently. I can't really imagine drawing in their second leg when they should be winning with landslide because they were hosting but they played their worst game. They could have roasted them but they end up with a draw. Arsenal has this lackadaisical attitude of underperforming when you expect more result. Arteta has to seriously work on this performance ahead of the next fixturing else they might just be the next club to be sent packing to go back home from the champions league.
Didn't you notice Arteta played a confusing strategical football, the Sporting coach was surprised about it at the end of the game. Arteta shouldn't be undermined at the critical time like this for the sole aim of ending a second leg in a draw. His team is actually in a sluggish state but he finds a way to settle or balance for the missing key players. The only challenge he'd have for the next games is the early discovery of his strategy, then he'd suffer aggressive losses from Atletico, home and away, unfortunately.
You think so? Confusing strategical football you said, but deep down I knew he was just fortunate to have drew that match, had it been with that his strategical football Sporting CP managed to score only but a goal do you still think that strategy would have helped them at that moment? The fact is he was lucky to have score that goal in the first leg, and for his information Atletico Madrid is not Sporting CP, so he should better look for a better strategy to play Diego because if he still rely on same thing that made him proceed to the semi final then I must say he's making a very big mistake.

Re: What to buy?
in Altcoin Discussion
Friend, it's just Bitcoin I can recommend, the rate of scamming in the altcoin market is too much, you don't know the token you might buy and then in the future instead of breaking above the previous all time high, it will even go below the previous low. It's possible that there are some coins that can do well in the future but you can not actually know them, some people just risk small amount on different altcoin and then hope that one amongst them can give them a good profit. So, you can do you own research before investing in anyone.
Doing his own research before anything is the best advice perhaps his every decision should be based on his own conviction and not entirely what anyone is saying, this because if anything goes wrong he will not blame anyone by feeling being mislead, I still recommend Bitcoin also and if he decides getting into  others coins coins then his Bitcoin should be much more than what is going to have in other coins because Bitcoin is what has proven the best among all why it should have more percentage of allocation.

Re: So is 80k by may on the way?
in Speculation
I can see it in the poll results that "maybe" are leading which is also a very good one because for a while now Bitcoin has not been pumping well. However, I think it's possible for Bitcoin to Hit that amount or above before may, but I think it will not stay much longer, that is why I voted the number 4 which is "we reach it but drop back" that is absolutely what I'm expecting because it was obvious yesterday that Bitcoin has started pumping again, so I was very happy about it yesterday. But let's see how it goes.
Bitcoin will remain to be a speculative asset hence I smiles at every now and then we keep battling with predictions and speculations, as for getting to $80k by may that quite reasonable and realistic to achieve probably even before the end of this month while the sustenance can of course be also possible all through the month April but however, no one can actually be certain towards the possibility of things happening just as it is being predicted and what we can do is to take advantage of the market while watching how the market unfolds itself and why I chosed maybe in the voting pool.

Re: Are we heading toward a cashless future?
in Economics
With digital payments and central bank digital currencies on the rise, will physical money soon disappear?
We are in era of cashless generation. Cashless policy is here with us and i think is boosting the economy and has also created job opportunities for some persons. It's even safer because 80% of the Big and small business owners don't move around with huge amount of money or a business man going to the bank to withdraw huge sum of money and risk his life . with financial technology also known as FinTech is here and cashless transaction is here too.
The safety of business owners when we talk about handling of cash is one very good importance of the cashless era we are advancing to now. Before now most business owners do experience lost of cash in the hands of criminals that depends on others for survival but now such case are very difficult to be seen in business area's and has reduced drastically to  even getting to an end as it have been long since such incidents are recorded. Because of how important it has been i will say cashless operation are very helpful and should be accepted even if not 100 percent but should exceed 60 percent.
I am always prepared for both ways whenever am stepping out and I make of any option suitable for anyone am making transactions with to avoid some kind argument and misunderstanding, not everyone are comfortable transacting with cashless and you can't force them to do so and that is their own freedom they are exercising but with the way things are going the percentage of people involving in the cashless operation will keep increasing because if we make such comparison between before and now we will realize that the percentage has increased so 60 percent or even more can be achievable maybe just a matter of time.

Re: Newbies don't buy bitcoin over aggressively.
in Beginners & Help
The information is very helpful for beginners one must be aware before buying bitcoin. Many people think that only those with a lot of money can invest but even if the income is low, if someone invests small portions regularly with discipline, it can become a huge asset over time at a compound growth rate. When someone's main source of income is not bitcoin, then he does not panic even if the market price temporarily drops a lot. This peace of mind helps him become a long term holder, which is one of the keys to success in the crypto market.
Indeed that is one of the keys to success in Bitcoin investment and not in crypto market in general, you have to be specific on what you are talking about to avoid misleading some newbies, what am trying to say is that the same approach may not be applicable or work with other coins while some newbies maybe be considering the same approach with your manner of narrative or choice of words and perhaps the thread is talking about Bitcoin and not crypto market in general. I completely agreed with what you are saying if centered on Bitcoin.

Re: JJG’s Outline of Bitcoin Investment Ideas
in Trading Discussion
Read a couple messages here that is very interesting and also some of them are very puzzling too.

Like how do you expect something that's not having a good source of income to start investments, I mean the person might not see or live through to see the exact goals or purpose of his investment come through. Humans are easily moves with big aims to acquire more and not everyone is having the patience of buying little by little till 7 years period and also some persons can decide to gather money and wait for probably a big dip or the bear market and then boom 💥 they buy with huge amount and then hold till the next bull market and even that sounds like a plan.
No one is wishing not to live through to see the goals or purpose of his investment come through but one thing I will also remind to know is that Bitcoin can serve as an inheritance or a generational wealth and that is why it is a store of value that is when considering the situation of not not living to see your goals and purpose, it is best to be buying little by little than saving up and waiting for a big dip or bear market, the market is unpredictable and you can miss opportunities while waiting for a big dip which may never happen, you must have a huge amount before investing but with DCA strategy you can be buying gradually on different intervals with as little as you have because when put together over time it is going to be make sense which is better than waiting to save up huge money.
