I keep seeing this online casino on X eventhough I don't follow them. Whenever there's major sport event they always show up on my feed not as an X ad, but through one of their giveaway posts. lol Algorithm I guess.

I got the same email. It actually tempted me to deposit $200 and luckily I managed to meet the $400 wager requirement then turned that $200 deposit into $350 and withdrew it immediately..

Is this email basically referring to the monthly bonus? Or is it some kind of special bonus on top of the monthly bonus?

As far as I remember, Shuffle had World Cup promotion where you needed to place $50 bet on the market for who would win the World Cup. For every goal scored by the team you backed, you would receive $1.
